Academic Support

Intervention -- Through the use of referral, assessment, screenings, and early identification systems systematic screenings are in place to identify students who exhibit early evidence of school failure in our efforts to ensure that no one falls through the cracks.

Student Success Team – is composed of teachers and staff to collaboratively work with parents as a team to identify specific needs and prescribe solutions that will bring about positive results in student learning. The team addresses, attendance, behavior, health and academics. Strategies are put in place at the first meeting and a follow-up meeting is held to check for improvements. Steps are determined to continue success or resources for greater services are indicated.
